Alan Kuatt, President & CEO
Alan is the founder and majority partner of FireStar Group, LLC. Mr. Kuatt has over 20 years experience in the real estate industry and currently manages and controls, through FireStar, a portfolio of properties currently valued at approximately $40M. Alan is closely involved with partners and associates controlling over $120M in commercial real estate assets. His asset management skills & years of experience have allowed the FireStar Group portfolio to grow steadily while producing generous cash flows and equity build up for all partners. Mr. Kuatt holds a BA degree and has extensive experience in real estate acquisitions, repositionings, and both asset and property management.
Ramon Quinones, Vice President
Ramon is a co-founder and partner of FireStar Group, LLC. Mr Quinones has over 12 years of experience in the real estate industry. His specialties include rehabbing properties, property management, and customer relations. Ramon is involved with associates and partners controlling over $120M is commercial real estate assets. His skills add dimension and depth to FireStar Group's portfolio. Ramon is a tremendous asset to the FireStar Team.

At FireStar Group, we have spent many years developing relationships with various individuals, associates, and companies we look to for support when acquiring a property and managing the assets of commercial real estate property. These associates range from property inspectors and appraisers to legal professionals and accountants. Each property acquisition is different and we work with those individuals and companies we feel are best suited for each situation and location.
